Every reusable element of the Crew of One identity, in one place — marks, structural devices, motion, interface kit, and the print & merch run. Each element is real, inline SVG or HTML: inspect, copy, ship.

The mark

The mark, everywhere it lives.

Mark B — a numeral 1 flying a swallowtail race pennant. Every approved way to run it up.

Primary mark
Default on pearl and light grounds — reach for this one first.
Reversed mark
For navy and dark grounds — the 1 turns pearl, the pennant stays red.
One-color · ink
Single-ink print, engraving, and embossing on light stock.
One-color · red
Spot-red for stickers, stamps, and one-ink screen prints on pearl.
Crew of One

The workhorse lockup for site headers, documents, and email signatures.
Crew of One
Stacked lockup

32px
Favicon / avatar tile
App-icon tile on navy-deep with the reversed mark — holds down to 32px.
Clear space
Keep one pennant-height of clear water on every side.
48px
24px min
Minimum size

Secondary bug for tight spots — 16px favicons and pattern watermarks.

Misuse
Don't stretch, recolor, or crowd it.
Devices & patterns

Structural, not decorative.

The working parts of the identity — reusable geometry that carries the brand across web, documents and decks.

Sheet-lines block
The hero background device — taut grey lines, one red line crossing to carry the eye; never curve them.
Telltale
Directional cue for step flows, list markers and read-on moments; always points forward, never down.
Tacking dial
The signature instrument for headers, about pages and covers — you can't sail straight at the goal, so you tack.
Waterline divider
Drop-in <hr> replacement for documents and long-form pages — one per major section break.
NO-GO
NO-GO hatch
Marks blocked, void or out-of-scope zones in diagrams, forms and calendars — same hatch as the dial's dead wedge.
Pennant bunting
Celebratory device for launch announcements only — once per piece, and never as page chrome.
CACwhat it costs to win one customer
Legend decode chip
The jargon-relief device — every acronym on a page gets a decode chip, no exceptions.
Tack-path fragment
Progress and journey indicator for decks and case studies — start amber, end with the ink arrowhead.
Signal stripe
Top-of-document identity strip for email headers and PDF covers — full width, always in flag:staff:truck proportions.
Chart-grid swatch
Very-low-contrast background texture for section headers; the single red fix marks the focal point.
BrandWebContentAcquisitionOps
Five-layer strip
The offering's signature visual — always all five layers, always in this order, solid and outlined as shown.
Motion

Small movements, steady hand.

Instrument-grade motion — slow, quiet, and only when it's telling you something.

Fluttering pennant
Idle hero-mark state for web — the staff never moves, only the cloth.
Telltale stream
Directional cue for scroll hints and process flows — air moving over the sail.
Self-drawing tack path
Progress and onboarding sequences — the course beats upwind, holds, then resets.
Waterline bob
Ambient section-divider motion for web — slow enough to ignore, alive enough to notice.
Wind-rose spinner
Loading indicator — the needle sweeps, overshoots, and settles on heading.
Hover / focus
Come-aboard button
Primary CTA behavior — hover shifts to hover red and runs a small pennant up the hoist.
Chip cascade
Hero entrance for decks and web — the stack builds itself one layer at a time, bottom up.
Masthead blink
Live/active status indicator on dark surfaces — a masthead light on a long, calm interval.
Web & social

Interface and channel kit.

The parts people actually click, plus the shapes the brand takes on rented land.

On-site components
Button set
One red primary per view; ghost and mono link handle everything second.
Sticky nav
Rides the top of every page on translucent pearl; the CTA label never changes.
Form field + submit
System-font input with an ink focus border; one red submit per form, never two.
RETAINER
Standing crew€3,400 / MO
Your whole marketing function, one senior operator, no handoffs.
Pricing tier row
One row per engagement mode; the red left spine marks the featured tier only.
LEGEND — PLAIN ENGLISH
CACWhat you pay to win one customer.
SERPThe Google results page you are fighting for.
LTVWhat that customer is worth over their lifetime.
Acronym legend
Drops in wherever an acronym first appears on a page — decode it, then use it.
404 — NO SUCH BEARING
Off course.
Back to harbor
404 fragment
Error pages stay on pearl and get one joke, one small dial, one way back.
